How we started
Nine years of the same two questions
We started with a handful of agents taking new service calls for one cable provider. Customers kept calling back with the second question: it is installed, now why is it slow?
So we kept both jobs. Today the same team quotes packages and troubleshoots them, which is why our support agents can tell you what your plan is supposed to deliver.
What authorized retailer means
Plain terms, since the phrase gets misused
We are not the provider and we are not a comparison site that sells your details on. We are contracted by carriers to sell and support their service.
You pay provider pricing
The rate we quote is the carrier's rate. We do not add a fee for booking through us.
The provider pays us
We earn a commission when service is installed and stays active. That is the whole business model.
Your account is with them
Billing and the service agreement sit with the provider. We can open tickets and chase them on your behalf.
How we work
Four rules on our wall
Say the total monthly cost before the customer says yes
Never add a service to a bill that was not asked for
If a competitor is cheaper at that address, tell them
Finish the call with a next step, not a transfer
