Broadband Connect
Cable and DSL internet from carriers already wired to your street. We size the plan around household use instead of selling the biggest number on the sheet.
Availability check by street address and ZIP
Plan comparison across every provider that serves you
Install scheduling and equipment options explained
Satellite Channel
For homes where cable stops short of the driveway. Satellite TV packages with the sports, movie, and regional tiers laid out side by side.
Channel lineups checked against what you actually watch
Receiver counts and DVR storage sorted before install day
Clear notes on promo length and what happens after
IPTV Connection
TV delivered over your internet line. Good fit for renters, small apartments, and anyone tired of a box under every screen.
Bandwidth check so streams do not fight your work calls
App setup on phones, tablets, and smart TVs
Bundle pricing when it beats buying internet and TV apart
Home IP Phone
A home line that runs over your internet connection. Useful for families who still want a phone on the wall and for home offices that need a second number.
Number transfer requested where the provider supports it
Voicemail, caller ID, and long distance terms spelled out
Battery backup advice so the line survives short outages
Smart Connectivity
The part most people call about twice: coverage. Router placement, mesh nodes, wired backhaul, and channel changes so the far end of the house stays online.
Room by room walkthrough of where signal drops
Mesh or extender recommendation with honest cost
Guest network and device limits set up on the call
Fiber & Broadband
Fiber where it is truly live, including small business lines for shops that cannot lose card payments. If fiber is only planned for your block, we say that instead of taking a deposit.
Symmetrical upload options for remote work and uploads
Business plans with static IP where the provider offers it
Straight answer on build timelines at your address
Tech Support
Inbound support for service you already have. Slow speeds, dropped TV boxes, dead modems, billing that does not match the quote.
Line tests and reset steps walked through on the phone
Provider tickets opened and tracked for you
Callback if a technician visit is needed
Good to know
Two things we get asked every day
Does it cost extra to buy through you?
No. You pay the provider's price. Providers pay us a commission for the sale, which is how an authorized retailer works.
Can you support a plan you did not sell?
Yes for most carriers. Call with your account name and service address and we will pick up the troubleshooting from there.
